I was able to do my negotiating over the phone and that saved alot of time. Jeremiah was great throughout the negotiating process. Was very patient with me and was honest with me when my 1st couple cars we saved alot of time. Jeremiah was great throughout the negotiating process. Jeremiah and Anthony didnt try to pull any 'fast ones' or 'salesmen tricks' when I arrived at the dealer. Anthony had all my paperwork ready to go. I only had to wait for roughly an hour for the finance dept. This is a high volume store so the wait was understandable. Anthony made the wait smooth for me. Sat down and had a conversation about our lives and turns out we are both from Cleveland area. When finance was completed (easiest finance dept i have dealt with, didnt push the extras) Anthony made sure i understood everything about the car and gave me his cell if there is any problems. Anthony was sweet and answered all of my questions. He didn't pressure me or try to over sell me. He got me a great deal in my trade-in. But some other guy, I think his name was Josh was helping Henry. He wouldn't tell me the interest rate and said I could just refin later. He kept trying to talk us into some ding and wheel plan that we said many times we did not want. Just stop being shady. Do you want me to buy another car in the future? More

Everything was great with the exception of the detail department, they definitely rushed through cleaning the car. I ended up spending a few hours when I got home getting the vehicle cleaned both inside department, they definitely rushed through cleaning the car. I ended up spending a few hours when I got home getting the vehicle cleaned both inside and out. Ryan and Anthony were fantastic, I don’t remember the finance manager‘s name, but he got us in and out very quickly as well. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
