Love most of the employees. They're customer service is consistent with the exception of one or two Service Advisors. They are what keeps me returning to Norm Reeves North Richl They're customer service is consistent with the exception of one or two Service Advisors. They are what keeps me returning to Norm Reeves North Richland Hills. One suggestion would be for the service techs to put things back as they found them. For example, put my seat back in the position that I had it. Put my tire key back inside the bag and put it back in my glove box. Turn my blower off and don't change my radio station. More
