This was my second oil change on my 2024 Wakefield Impreza. Folks are very nice but 3 hours, yipes. Also as a new car the oil was on the top dipstick mark. After each service it registers 1/8" Above Impreza. Folks are very nice but 3 hours, yipes. Also as a new car the oil was on the top dipstick mark. After each service it registers 1/8" Above the top mark.This worries me and I think I should do it myself. I am 69 and this is my first new car so I thought the dealer would do better work than me. I drove my pickup for 42 years so you see I really respect vehicles.Could this oil over filling hurt my engine seals? More

My car was scheduled for a 90K major service and the service was quite good, with the drop off and car loaner being very efficient. The appointment was May 24 2025 Saturday at 9am for maintenance service. I waited at the shop for 5 hours in order to get the job. There wasn't any issues on my car. I was disappointed in my last experience at the dealership. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change. I also noticed that the prices have gone up. Nicole di dealership. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change. I also noticed that the prices have gone up. Nicole did give me a credit for the inconvenience which I appreciated. This was my first time back since the new ownership and I was not impressed. More
