Parking was scarce, but I appreciated that they got me in quickly and let me use a loaner. I had an issue with pricing-I was quoted $900 on the phone (that I approved), $1400 on the app when work was done, a quickly and let me use a loaner. I had an issue with pricing-I was quoted $900 on the phone (that I approved), $1400 on the app when work was done, and then it went up to $1700 when I picked up the car. I would appreciate accurate info from the service advisor. More

I was waited on in a timely manner. The representative was efficient and friendly. The wait time for my car to be ready was reasonable I was notified and on my way home. Subaru Review My review on this dealership will be succinct. I had to get fairly straightforward work done, an exhaust replacement because mine was “rotted” as the service rep explained to me. succinct. I had to get fairly straightforward work done, an exhaust replacement because mine was “rotted” as the service rep explained to me. Outside of the abismal communication oversights within the front of house (I was told the car was ready when it was not, and I was never notified when the part I needed ordered was delivered/ready for installation), on the two separate times I had to come in for a singular service I was almost overcharged on both occasions. The first visit when I was informed my car was ready and it was not, I was almost overcharged $400 for labor that was not provided. I had to ask 4 times for the service rep to review the invoice with me, and I was assured multiple times I was saving money when it was clear I was paying more that my original quote. Math is not subjective. The second time I came in when the work on my car was actually being finalized, they almost overcharged me $1000 for miscellaneous parts that couldn’t be identified or explained. I was told at first it was a labor charge (which was listed separately on the bill for a different amount), then I was told it was additional parts. Which parts, however, could not be listed to me. Finally, after 45 minutes of insisting an explanation for the charge, I was told it was a miscommunication from the mechanics in the back and that it was accidentally added to my bill. To be clear, once is a mistake, twice is intentional. I believe fully I was overcharged because this dealership thought they were in a position to take advantage of me, and my lack of knowledge around the automotive repair space. If you going to this dealership and you cannot clearly identify what the items on your invoice are, push back. It might save you $1,400.00. More
