I drive an hour and a half to get my free oil change, it was fine until they didn’t properly put the undercar shield, a couple screw fell out and it was screeching. I had to wait until next week to come bac was fine until they didn’t properly put the undercar shield, a couple screw fell out and it was screeching. I had to wait until next week to come back so they can fix it. This nice salesman apologized profusely and offered to fill my gas tank up. Very unhappy with the condition my car came in, completely dirty not sure why I was charged $1500 for them to clean the car for it to arrive with the seats covered in dirt. Car is also really badly completely dirty not sure why I was charged $1500 for them to clean the car for it to arrive with the seats covered in dirt. Car is also really badly scratched which was not disclosed to me which I was offered a $30 paint pen. Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend this dealership Edit: dealership said they resolved the issue but never did More

Everything he does and all interactions have been nothing less than phenomenal service, above board. You are lucky to have him, and I hope he's well taken care of. I did not realize this was a review for the dealership as a whole, I initially thought it was for the most recent service. I would like to also acknowledge the amazing service and attention to their customer by management, Bret Macy, and the sales team, including, without limitation to, Mike Rakowski and Brendan Smith. I realize shopping at a car dealer can be stressful for something many have an affinity over, vehicles, but if you are in the market for an amazing car and experience, you will find one at Audi of Coral Springs.
