He interrupted within 5 seconds of me explaining the issue I was having from previous repairs. He talked to me like I was stupid: “yeah the A/C shuts off when you turn off the car”. I asked if I can talk to another advisor or manager because I shouldn’t have to pay multiple diagnostic inspection fees for the same issue. He said “ I am the manager!” Also he lied to me. I wanted to text a picture/video. He said email was the only option. I told him video file is too large for email. He didn’t care. I knew he was lying because I’ve texted previous advisor who helped me. I walked out of the appointment. I wasn’t going to tolerate a misogynistic, dishonest and disrespectful man. As soon as I leave the dealership, i receive an automated text from advisor “Steve” stating that I can use text feature to communicate with my advisor. It’s embarrassing for Audi to promote someone like him to manager. It’s disappointing your dealership is resorting to scamming customers by overcharging diagnostic inspection fees. I will be warning other customers on Google and Yelp. FYI I’be been driving my BMW and Audi for many years. BMW only charges one diagnostic fee per visit. If I took my car to them for A/C issue, they would honor the diagnostic fee for any A/C issue that arises within one year. If I took my BMW for a repair, and then something happens after I leave the dealership, then BMW doesn’t charge me more diagnostic fees for the issue that happened while my car was under their care . Steve Meyer is always great and communicates exactly where the car is in the service process. He is fair and available and makes service a pleasure. where the car is in the service process. He is fair and available and makes service a pleasure. More
