Neal was a really great salesman, nothing like the stereotypical car salesman. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars and just a pleasure to spend time with. I went to Coral Springs Audi wanting to consider purchasing an R8. Sticker Shock! I did know Audi was a quality car and wanted to upgrade from my 2009 VW EOS. I was convinced the quarttro was what I purchasing an R8. Sticker Shock! I did know Audi was a quality car and wanted to upgrade from my 2009 VW EOS. I was convinced the quarttro was what I wanted after seeing the promo video that Jack showed me of the car driving straight up a sand dune! My EOS gave me the power I needed for jack rabbit starts into traffic but lost traction by spinning the tires. Now I get the same power but no loss in traction. I do not intend taking this vehicle off-road to prove what I saw. Jack was very professional and patient in dealing with me. Being close in age, we found we had alot in common. There was a more personal feel in this deal. After the day I made the deal, Jack still greets me at the door. Now for Jana. What can I say? She smelled good w/o being overpowering. She is an attractive woman and I expressed that to her. She dresses very professional. She has a very magnetic personality. She explained the terms of purchase well and I had no questions when completed. More

We've just took a lease on an Audi A6 2012, Neil Ambrosio was our sale specialist. He was knowledgable, helpful, and patient. Took the time to review all the changes made to the 2012 Audi A4 and the differences in the feature packages. Neil pointed out specific details on how the car handled during our test run. He handled the actual purchase and paperwork experience efficiently and professionally. At this time, I had the pleasure to meet Geno Walsh who added to my overall great experience at Coral Springs Audi. The friendly atmosphere extended from the reception ladies to the customer service and sales staff. I asked Neil if Steve Myers was still at Audi Coral Springs Service and was delighted to hear Steve Myers was indeed here and I am very happy to work once again with Steve. He was always so helpful.
