Took 3 days to complete MOST of the repairs. Still can't have passenger because of defective seat belt that can't get parts for but that's not the dealerships fault. Tire pressure overfilled b Still can't have passenger because of defective seat belt that can't get parts for but that's not the dealerships fault. Tire pressure overfilled by 6 lbs, no excuse for that. Then I couldn't find my car & wandered angrily around the lot looking for it. Rep said to push the panic button . . . seriously? Finally found in front lot with vehicles for sale. Really should know where they park vehicles for pickup. Then I had to take it back 2nd time for STILL defective tire sensor. After picked up the first time realized that steering wheel & seat heater no longer working (fine before it went in) . They claimed it couldn't have been anything they did (I call xx) & cost me ANOTHER $450. I will never go this dealership again (except for when seat belt comes in because it SHOULD be warranty) unless I have no choice. I'm looking for another local dealership for my next Jeep Cherokee purchase; if none around I will buy something other than Jeep. More
