We’re sorry to hear of your disappointment following your recent visit to our service department. According to our records, your visit was related to concerns with the XM satellite radio not functioning properly. At the time, we did not have the specialized diagnostic tester available and promptly ordered it from Honda. We understand the delay of about a week was inconvenient and appreciate your patience. Once the tester arrived, we contacted you right away to return, and our team was able to determine that the antenna was not transmitting a signal. Replacing the antenna requires removal of the headliner and surrounding panels to ensure proper installation. To help offset the cost of the necessary OEM repair, we did extend a discount on the service.
