Having been in the auto business for several years and having purchased many cars at many dealerships, this experience if not the best, was at least tied for the best I have had! Chris Yancy took care of having purchased many cars at many dealerships, this experience if not the best, was at least tied for the best I have had! Chris Yancy took care of me very well with little negotiation - as he says, car buying should not be stressful. Mike Cates was very helpful also at the outset of my search. The only small area I was not happy about was that it took a long time to finalize the paperwork however this was not the fault of Mountain View Ford as they had to hand complete severala documents as a workaround due to national software hack issue. Car was detailed well and all concerns, questions were addressed. There were several follow up messages by several staff members, assuring that I was served well, including Sales Management. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone checkout Mountain View Ford to purchase a vehicle. More
