Mountain View Ford helped us out tremendously when we were in a very bad situation. We were traveling north when our truck pulling a fifth wheel camper broke down on the side of the road. We were on our way up to the softball college World Series. We were towed into a campground and then the next day the truck was towed to Mountain View Ford. They adjusted their schedule to get our truck looked at immediately. They gave us a fair estimate to repair the truck, but it was not worth repairing. They helped us get into a very good used truck and went out of their way to get the fifth wheel hitch from our truck installed into the new truck we were buying. Every step of the way Justin looked out for us and did what he could to make sure that we were able to keep the travel schedule we needed to get to Oklahoma City. Everyone in the service department to the finance department treated us fairly. At no time did we feel we were being taken advantage of. All of this took place in two days. We were close enough to be towed to Mountain View Ford. The service department adjusted their schedule to get our truck in quickly and they were very straightforward with us. It was obvious that sinking more money into a 2012 truck with 288,000 miles was probably not the best thing to do. I was introduced to Justin Lugo. Right from the start I could tell he was someone I could trust. That was very important because we truly were at their mercy. We explained our situation about wanting to get back on the road as quickly as possible and within 48 hours, we had a new truck to us and our fifth wheel hitch removed from our old truck and installed in our new truck. If you are in the Chattanooga area, I strongly encourage you to visit Mountain View Ford when the time comes for you to purchase a new vehicle to you. We were traveling to Florida from Harriman tn and had brake problems. We stopped by and they took us right in. They even gave us valet service to a restaurant downtown.
