I have mixed feelings about this dealership. My salesman was very responsive and helpful. Since I found this car online, the dealership was almost 4 hours away. They arranged for transport at n My salesman was very responsive and helpful. Since I found this car online, the dealership was almost 4 hours away. They arranged for transport at no cost. However, I was not contacted by the company prior to delivery. I had to leave work unannounced to accept delivery. When fully inspecting the vehicle, I found at least 5-6 places in the paint that required paint correction. Also found that one of the Raptor badges on the hood scoop was broken and almost detached. When I mentioned this to the dealer, I was told that there was nothing they could do because I had already inspected and accepted the vehicle. I will not be using this dealer again. I would however consider dealing with the amazing salesman that I can tell genuinely felt bad about my situation. More
