I have mixed feelings about this dealership. My salesman was very responsive and helpful. Since I found this car online, the dealership was almost 4 hours away. However, I was not contacted by the company prior to delivery. I had to leave work unannounced to accept delivery. When fully inspecting the vehicle, I found at least 5-6 places in the paint that required paint correction. Also found that one of the Raptor badges on the hood scoop was broken and almost detached. When I mentioned this to the dealer, I was told that there was nothing they could do because I had already inspected and accepted the vehicle. I will not be using this dealer again. I would however consider dealing with the amazing salesman that I can tell genuinely felt bad about my situation. More

These guys were not “pushy” but very helpful with all my questions (and I had lots of questions). Muneeb came to introduce himself and then gave us our space when we wanted it. He did a great job as a seller! He knew when to check in and when to give us a moment to talk which was a good thing to do. The finance guys were very patient with my thousand questions and worked late to make my deal happen. I haven’t purchased a new vehicle in almost 20 years and they made the process easy and not at all stressful. This was an overall wonderful buying experience!! More
