These asholes sold me a 2024 Shelby Baja F250 that was in a previous accident/incident when it was unloaded on to their lot. They failed to disclose this to me and sold me this truck well over MSRP. The truck had nothing but problems from the moment I purchased it. The pre collision sensors did not work and it was actually dangerous to drive. I got into an accident due to the failure of these pre collision sensors as well. Shelby America has disclosed to me that ENVISION OXNARD FORD reqeusted a replacement front grill for my VIN# but then never ordered it. Interesting right? As ENVISION OXNARD has zero skillset in repairing these Shelbys they tried to repair all the issues I had and FAILED MISERABLY. Due to their ineptitude I had to reach out to Fox Factory (Shelby America) and have them fix all the issues I had. I have engaged legal counsel and will be holding these lying sacks of crap accountable. Get ready Envision, I'm coming. DO NOT BUY A SHELBY AS THE DUMB DUMBS IN OUR AREA CAN NOT REPAIR THEM PROPERLY. More

I went in to purchase a used 2022 Ford Explorer for my wife. We traded in our 2018 GMC Yukon with 107,000 miles on it. Presteen condition! Armando the sales manager who I worked with and Sam the salesman wife. We traded in our 2018 GMC Yukon with 107,000 miles on it. Presteen condition! Armando the sales manager who I worked with and Sam the salesman told me after running a Carfax report that the Yukon was rear ended twice, which is xx and I was offered $14,000 for it. They said that with me being the 3rd owner that they couldn’t sell the vehicle on their lot. Well guess what? They have it on there lot and they are selling it for $24,000. I was lied to and after reading other reviews, which I should have done before hand. I would have never ever bought a car from this dealership or any other dealerships that they own.
