The very BEST is inadequate to describe the personnel, the service, the attention to detail, and the concern and care for the customer. If only all businesses would operate this way the world would be a much better place. My Service Advisor today was Mick and he is what every employer hopes for and every customer looks for. Everyone is extremely friendly, but every single time I go there is a problem with the actual service I receive on my vehicle. This time I was there for an oil change, but I specifically asked to have my go there is a problem with the actual service I receive on my vehicle. This time I was there for an oil change, but I specifically asked to have my windshield wiper fluid topped off because it was completely empty. The service record shows that it was checked and topped off, but after I left the dealership the light came back on. I stopped to check it and sure enough it was still completely empty. I had to purchase a bottle of fluid to put in there myself. It honestly makes me wonder what else was not actually checked! Also when I got back in my truck all of the contents of my glove box were dumped on the floor board. I am assuming they were looking for the lug nut key to rotate my tires, but they did not even put everything back in the glove box. Annoying! More
