I scheduled my service online and was given 2pm time for Saturday. I added in the instructions that I wanted the ceramic coating also. When we drove 2 hours Saturday, Michael Wessner was not friendly at al Saturday. I added in the instructions that I wanted the ceramic coating also. When we drove 2 hours Saturday, Michael Wessner was not friendly at all. He acted like he didn't want to be bothered with us. He said that it was too late in the day to do coating. He said its only done M-F that I had to be there at 830am. When we bought our car, we were told that it would be done when we brought it for service anytime. No one communicated with me that they couldn't do the coating. Now I have to take off work to come back to get that done. He said I should have called to make my appointment instead of online. Why have an online service appointment process if its not going to be followed. Your website needs to be clear if there are limitations to your services and not use the online service appointments. I am extremely disappointed in your poor communication and service. More

I scheduled to come in for recall when I asked how long would it take I was told 3 hrs when I got there I was told 6hrs. So couldn’t have it done. The people who answer the phone should have a better idea would it take I was told 3 hrs when I got there I was told 6hrs. So couldn’t have it done.
