I had an appointment for my car to go in to be checked and told me that they could check it at a certain time and it would be down for me if I know my car was there up until around 2:30 and when I called and told me that they could check it at a certain time and it would be down for me if I know my car was there up until around 2:30 and when I called and finally told me oh we'll get it in in 15 minutes finally they got the car in I said that they didn't have the part to repair it the next time I was supposed to come back in the morning think I said they'll let me know when they come apart comes in so park came in and it was there by 7:00 they told me to come in by 8:00 they'll give me out within 15 minutes so I went there about 8:00 8:15 had to be at work at 10:00 waited and waited and waited until about 9:35 had to rush out to be at work at 10:00 More

Was hoping to leave with a new car today but the sales manager pretty much dismissed me after the salesman went back in one time. I felt completely dismissed by these two rude employees and I was completely shocked at how they treated me for just attempting to ask for more money on a trade in - you know, negotiate like you always have to at the dealership. They surely didn’t want my business and didn’t even want to attempt to negotiate with me. It was the strangest experience I have ever had and I don’t understand how these rude salesman can sell anything. I’m guessing if my husband were there then he would have been treated with respect instead of being dismissed and not taken seriously. I was planning on leaving there with a new car and now will tell every person I know to never go back there. More

This place was great! they gave us exactly what we wanted and did not try to pressure us into anything we did not want to buy.
