I met with Michael Rammah when bringing my car in for service this last visit. He was professional, polite and went out of his to answer my questions while my car was in for service for a couple of day service this last visit. He was professional, polite and went out of his to answer my questions while my car was in for service for a couple of days - he was fantastic.
