I recently visited Subaru Wakefield for an oil change and had a great experience. The team informed me immediately they were short staffed and that service may take longer than usual. Very helpful staff and informative when it comes to diagnosing issues. Helped replace my wipers under warranty and salvaged my broken rear wiper arm. We have been bringing our car to the dealership for regular maintenance since we bought it, but over the last year or so we have found the service garage to have very poor scheduling and timing. We hav regular maintenance since we bought it, but over the last year or so we have found the service garage to have very poor scheduling and timing. We have experienced 4 hr wait times for an oil change that had appointments. We have shown up to appointments only to be told parts aren't in stock. We take time from work for these visits and are routinely disappointed with the customer considerations. More
