I felt confident in his professional opinion given his previous GM service experience. Marvin kept me updated on the status of my car by text and by phone which I appreciated. After the 30,000 mile service was completed and my car phone and radio was updated, he set up my cell phone on the MyChevy app so I could access Google Maps on my cars screen before I left the lot.
