My dealings with Mr. Thomas I just happen to meet Mark Thomas when I was having trouble with the en tunes on my 2018 Toyota Camry. I must say that man goes above and beyond. He I just happen to meet Mark Thomas when I was having trouble with the en tunes on my 2018 Toyota Camry. I must say that man goes above and beyond. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met and really helps the customers. I have never seen this before in all my years. I can only say Toyota of Scranton is very lucky to have him. He certainly should be awarded manager of the month. More

Damaged my vehicle I had my 5000 mile service done on my brand new 2019 Tacoma. Each wheel that was rotated was scratched by the removal and replacement of the lug nuts. I had my 5000 mile service done on my brand new 2019 Tacoma. Each wheel that was rotated was scratched by the removal and replacement of the lug nuts. These are matte black wheels with 4900 miles and are now destroyed by “professional service”. Still waiting for my call back from the service manager 14 days later. More
