Prior to my service appointment, I had already discussed my issue with another service personnel, who then consulted the parts department and provided me with a quote. To my surprise, when I arrived for my appointment, the service representative assigned to me refused to accept the previously provided quote. Despite receiving it from another dealership employee earlier that day, the service rep argued and treated me poorly. Moreover, throughout the service process, communication was solely via text message, even though I was physically present at the dealership.
