This time there was a severe lack of communication. I was told on Thursday my truck would be done Friday or Saturday (water pump replacement). Monday comes I call 4 times to get an update. Technician was just trying to get the pump out without removing the timing cover. But was told it should be done by the end of the day. I call back aroud 5pm and my advisor is gone for the day no update. Truck not ready. Truck ended up being done Tuesday afternoon. More
