Hello my name is Luis, I'd like to tell you a little history of myself. I was born and raised in the city of Waukegan Illinois. I started working at the age of 15 with my father, who owned a landscaping company. At the age of 18 i started working for an aftermarket parts store, in which i worked for 17 years. I was able to start off as parts driver and moved myself to managing the parts store for the last 14 years I was there. I was trained and driven in customer service since I was in an affluent north shore area. I then started working at a dealership as a parts counter man. It wasn't my calling to just take orders and price items out. I had the need to help the customer. I asked for the chance to be an adviser in October of 2013. I moved to Ray Chevrolet in August of 2015. I can truly say that I have not worked any where, that is more driven in customer service as Ray Chevrolet is. I would love to have the opportunity to help you in your service needs. Thank you.

Brought in for oil change and tire rotation had greasy hand prints inside of my car! Went to have a previous brake job evaluated for noise. Found out that the front brakes were the problem due to a problem with the calipers thar caused the pads to wear down on one more than the other. Nee Found out that the front brakes were the problem due to a problem with the calipers thar caused the pads to wear down on one more than the other. Needless to say that everything had to be replaced. Definitely wasn't expecting this. Louis worked with me to get everything repaired. He was friendly and polite throughout the process. It was nice working with him under these circumstances. More

Ray Chevy has a well managed service department with a service staff that goes out of their way to make sure you’re being taken care of. I have bought my last 3 cars from Ray and would highly recommend t service staff that goes out of their way to make sure you’re being taken care of.
