Later that evening I called it was about 5pm, because I hadn't received a call, So I called the service department, it was Lucia she said I was about to call you. I need you to fill out application for a rental, she said by entering the codes in my car it exploded the air bags in my car. I was not happy!! The next day I called Denise, and told her the situation about bags exploding in my car, and I did not want THAT car back, she understood, and started to work her magic. She made it happen with the help of Sean they were AMAZEING to turn an unhappy smile too a BIG smile.you guys were great. More
