I could never get through to a person, so I left at least 3 voicemails at different points and never got a return call, forcing me to stop by in person to communicate and know that my message had been received. (And I live about 9 miles from the dealership, so this was not convenient at all.) More

Unfortunately, my experience over multiple visits has been frustrating and unacceptable. I brought my vehicle in on two separate occasions due to ongoing starting issues. Each time, your technicians f been frustrating and unacceptable. I brought my vehicle in on two separate occasions due to ongoing starting issues. Each time, your technicians failed to properly diagnose the problem. This ultimately resulted in my vehicle breaking down completely. When the vehicle was finally towed in, the issue was confirmed to be a faulty starter something I had previously suggested. However, your technicians were adamant that the starter was not the cause, which raises concerns about their troubleshooting process. I was told it was because it was cold outside the reason I was having issues. Also I was told it was my battery my was totally fine. It appears that your team relies too heavily on computer diagnostics rather than applying thorough mechanical troubleshooting skills. In this case, that approach failed and caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, during my most recent visit, another issue occurred. When your technician pushed my vehicle out for the tow truck, it was not properly placed in neutral. As a result, the tow operator refused to move the latch back down inside the vehicle to avoid causing further damage. I contacted Lindsay to report this issue, but she initially denied that the technician had made an error. She later acknowledged that the technician did do it. This situation also led to my vehicle not being fully powered off, which drained the battery. Despite this, I was told that such a scenario was not possible, which was both dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, this experience reflects a lack of proper technical troubleshooting and poor customer service. I expect better communication, accountability, and competence from your staff. I will be reaching out to corporate since you guys decided that these events were ok. More
