Poor performance by Service Dept staff. I brought my car in to diagnose a simple problem. It took 2.5 weeks, 3 phone calls initiated by me ( no return calls as promised by staff) and conver I brought my car in to diagnose a simple problem. It took 2.5 weeks, 3 phone calls initiated by me ( no return calls as promised by staff) and conversations w/ 3 team members and the manager in order to get multiple different and contradictory explanations on how to resolve the issue More
