It is amazing that a car with less than 20,000 miles needs new tires. I would love to know the margin on tires because it does not matter the quality of the car, every dealer wants to sell you new tire needs new tires. Sam was great but the dealership as a whole should step up their game. At Audi, they treat you like you matter to them. I had to wait 25 minutes to speak to The gentleman in charge of getting my car checke up their game. At Audi, they treat you like you matter to them. I had to wait 25 minutes to speak to The gentleman in charge of getting my car checked in for service. Nobody offered for me to sit down. Nobody offered me a drink. At Audi they do all of that and when you get a loaner car, not only do they bring it to you, they open the door for you and treat you like, you matter. For car dealership selling high-end cars you would think that they would treat their customers more on the high end. Sam was terrific, however. Very respectful and very honest about everything. More
