I was not surprised but caught off guard on my trade in's value. your website vehicle trade in calculator is wrong and misleading. A decent dealership. I would have liked more communication follow-up on truck options for accessories. My expensive ford mud flaps on my trade-in were not transferabl I would have liked more communication follow-up on truck options for accessories. My expensive ford mud flaps on my trade-in were not transferable to the new Larriat which was part of the original deal. No effort was made to compensate or follow up for that accessory. More
