My name is Kim Thomas. I have been in the car business for over 20 years and with Five Star Ford for the last 4. I have Lived in Plano Texas for the last 20 years. Outside of car sales, I Have had a passion for tennis from the time I was a young man. Excellent experience. I was searching all over Texas to find the exact vehicle I wanted. Finally found it at 5 Star Ford of Dallas. Since I live in San Antonio I contact I was searching all over Texas to find the exact vehicle I wanted. Finally found it at 5 Star Ford of Dallas. Since I live in San Antonio I contacted 5 Star Ford of Dallas originally on the internet. Spoke with Kim on the phone and followed up with emails. I must have drove them crazy with all the questions I had but they were patient and always responded quickly. When I arrived at 5 Star Ford of Dallas Kim was eagerly waiting. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. Kim made sure that the experience went smoothly. It was worth the 5 hour drive to get my 2025 Ford Maverick from them. If they were closer I would be stopping in very frequently just to visit. More

I needed to downsize my vehicle due to a financial crunch I was experiencing. At the same time, I still owed a sizable amount on my then current car. I also needed to fell like I was getting a good deal and I was experiencing. At the same time, I still owed a sizable amount on my then current car. I also needed to fell like I was getting a good deal and getting all the optional equipment that I could. I'm delighted to say that Five Star Ford of Dallas met all of these requirements. And, believe me, it took quite a bit of negotiation to have this be the case. From the beginning they also made me feel like a valued three-time repeat buyer. Highly recommended dealer. More

My wife's lease was due, and my truck had almost 60,000 miles and was 2.5 years old. With Kim Thomas's help we were able to trade for two new vehicles with same specs as the old ones and lower our payment miles and was 2.5 years old. This was the worst purchase of a vehicle I have ever had. The salesman lied several times and the parts woman promised that the weather proof floor mats that I bought would be in the vehicle when I picked it The salesman lied several times and the parts woman promised that the weather proof floor mats that I bought would be in the vehicle when I picked it up , however I got them three weeks later and I had to put them in myself. I have purchased many vehicles from several dealerships but five star was the worst ever!!! Derek Song was the sorriest finance person I have ever been forced to deal with. We walked in ready to buy and knew the vehicle we wanted . 3.5 hours later we left the dealership with the understanding that we would pick up the vehicle three days , completed. We couldn’t get the salesman nor the used car manager to call us back. We finally picked it up at 7 pm Saturday night to leave on a trip Monday morning. It still needed more work done to it and the weatherproof floor mats were not in it ( like promised). More
