My wife & I had the most disappointing experience at your dealership and are now looking elsewhere for service & support. For 4 years, I’ve been servicing my 2020 F250 Tremor with mostly positive experiences dealership and are now looking elsewhere for service & support. For 4 years, I’ve been servicing my 2020 F250 Tremor with mostly positive experiences. Last Saturday, we visited Five Star of Dallas to purchase/arrange for after market upgrades to our recent 2026 Bronco Raptor. We were encouraged to meet with Lupita who, at best, seemed quite distracted as we described some of the enhancements we wanted to make for my wife’s new Bronco. We left that day with the understanding that Lupita would work with Preston on our list of items. One week later, after not hearing anything, we called Lupita. We were greeted by Lupita with an abrupt response - “who is this and what were you looking for”. Once we shared who we were and what we were looking for we were left with “we can’t find those items you wanted” from Lupita. Can’t begin to express how disappointed we were to come spend money on our new Bronco Raptor and to be treated so poorly. Not sure I have interest in bringing another dollar to your establishment. More

Unbelievable! ! I told Leon exactly what I was needing to do, and he went above and beyond to make it happen. Bret in financing was awesome and even Lupita the aft ! I found Five Star Ford of Dallas doing an online search for Mavericks. They had what I wanted. Upon arrival I was greeted by Leon in sales. He was friendly but not pushy! He answered my questions and got m for Mavericks. They had what I wanted. Upon arrival I was greeted by Leon in sales. He was friendly but not pushy! He answered my questions and got me in the vehicle I wanted for a test drive in just a few minutes. Afterwards, Lupita from Aftermarket got me the window tinting needed for the Texas sun. Then Alex in finance helped me get the paperwork straight. I appreciated the Sales Manager's help in the process but I did not remember his name or it would be here too. Thanks, Five Star Ford of Dallas for getting me what I needed and making me feel like family. More
