The difference is in 2017, I was a California resident and now I currently am not. I was assured when purchasing the car that it would be an easy and seamless process that they would assist me with fully. Boy was I wrong, not only did they not send my title to the correct state that is STATED ON MY DRIVERS LICENSE, (they knew to because I did NOT pay for registration fees and they gave me a 1 way ticket to drive the car to my state to immediately register it.) I've dealt with this mess with Honda Finance company (the only group that has been willing to find a resolution for this) for now 3 months!!!!! I have not been not capable of registering for 3 months!!!!!!! Honda Finance has told me over 4 times that this was fully the responsibility of the dealership. I have spoken to the dealer manager 3 times, to be told each time that he completely does not understand the concept of transferring titles and to quote him, "he does not understand why am I am even calling because it's not my job to get the title in my correct state to register?" THESE PEOPLE SELLING YOU CARS, AND BEING THE MANAGER OF THE ENTIRE DEALERSHIP DO NOT EVEN UNDERSTAND THAT A TITLE NEEDS TO BE IN THE STATE YOU RESIDE IN TO BE ABLE TO EVEN REGISTER IT. I would not and will not ever go to Scott Robinson again, or recommend them to ANYONE. This has not only been a complete headache, but it has been a financial burden to me and has put me at legal risk for having an unregisterable car for multiple months while having multiple small children that I am not capable of driving around. All the while, Scott Robinson will not offer any help, and now will not even return my calls. More

Our Honda has been in their service department 6 times in less than a year for a serious acceleration problem. Their last attempt to fix the car, they put 1,100 miles on it, kept it for a month and told us it was the brake light bulb. Which is not the case because we are still expecting the same problem. THE VECHILE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THE CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX IT! They are incompetent and unprofessional. I climbed their chain of command and the General Sales Manager offered to buy it back for $15,000, when we paid $28,000 and we didn’t even have it that long. Got American Honda,, Involed, they agreed it was a lemon, offerered to buy it back, only to later refuse saying our American Certified Honda was not Pre-certified . We attempted many times to obtain a copy of the cert to no avail. They sent us a cease and desist letter from their attorney. We have attempted to get the certificate from Scott Robinson Attorney now for over six months now a he will not respond. As of now, we are stuck with a lemon they sold us. This vehicle is DANGEROUS and nearly killed us and other’s. They don’t care! Additionally they will lie, cheat and steal to sell a car. The most unprofessional and rudest staff ever! The owner is a crook, too and will never respond to any inquiries. SCOTT ROBINSON IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! More

Walked into this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and was completely deceived and lied to. I lack sense of direction and made myself SUPER CLEAR of that single option. Sales person Kurt and I looke and was completely deceived and lied to. I lack sense of direction and made myself SUPER CLEAR of that single option. Sales person Kurt and I looked at every new 2012 CRV in the lot. We couldn’t find a single ‘model’ with GPS pre-installed. Then was told “No problem, I will have one of the techs install one *tonight* – factory unit!” I was even sold on free traffic updates via some-kind of Honda FM channel. Hours went by during negotiations. Finally locked in all the financials [75% down payment] *plus* the $1,500.00 for the “Honda” GPS. The car was submitted to the crew for “GPS” install and detail. During this time I was signing all the paperwork with Finance Manager. Another experience I will never forget ~ his office was basically an ash tray! Out of leftfield – “We will have the tech come to your house.” I have been suckered into a 3rd party GPS! It has been over three months and I still do not have a GPS! Not sure how this is even legal. I put the brakes on Legal Counseling otherwise Honda Corporation excludes themselves. Dealing with Honda directly has produced no results. The last update: “We called Scott Robinson Honda and left three messages with front desk.” Wait for it… wait for it… there’s more! I will save the rest for weekly posts on EVERYTHING that links to this dealership. I want what I was promised! More

I went in looking for a specific car online. The plan was for me to meet up with my boyfriend to test drive the car together, but unfortunately that didn't work out. While Kenneth was great and I would was for me to meet up with my boyfriend to test drive the car together, but unfortunately that didn't work out. While Kenneth was great and I would have made the purchase if I was the only one making the decision it was not a decision I wanted to make on my own and I was very straight forward from the get go. Once the test drive was over, we went into the office to look at the paperwork and I said I would be back tomorrow with my boyfriend and he went and got who I could only assume was his boss. While I understand they are in the business of selling cars and I can appreciate what he was trying to do, after saying that I could make the decision without the other party responsible for the financing, I felt pressured beyond my comfort level. Because of this I won't be purchasing a car from this dealership. Had they understood that I was not going to make a decision and left it at that, I probably would have been back but that kind of hard selling and twisting my words is not the kind of sales experience I'm looking for.
