DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE. I have purchased two new Hondas from Scott Robinson. One in 2017 and the other in 2025. The difference is in 2017, I was a California resident and n I have purchased two new Hondas from Scott Robinson. One in 2017 and the other in 2025. The difference is in 2017, I was a California resident and now I currently am not. I was assured when purchasing the car that it would be an easy and seamless process that they would assist me with fully. Boy was I wrong, not only did they not send my title to the correct state that is STATED ON MY DRIVERS LICENSE, (they knew to because I did NOT pay for registration fees and they gave me a 1 way ticket to drive the car to my state to immediately register it.) I've dealt with this mess with Honda Finance company (the only group that has been willing to find a resolution for this) for now 3 months!!!!! I have not been not capable of registering for 3 months!!!!!!! Honda Finance has told me over 4 times that this was fully the responsibility of the dealership. I have spoken to the dealer manager 3 times, to be told each time that he completely does not understand the concept of transferring titles and to quote him, "he does not understand why am I am even calling because it's not my job to get the title in my correct state to register?" THESE PEOPLE SELLING YOU CARS, AND BEING THE MANAGER OF THE ENTIRE DEALERSHIP DO NOT EVEN UNDERSTAND THAT A TITLE NEEDS TO BE IN THE STATE YOU RESIDE IN TO BE ABLE TO EVEN REGISTER IT. I would not and will not ever go to Scott Robinson again, or recommend them to ANYONE. This has not only been a complete headache, but it has been a financial burden to me and has put me at legal risk for having an unregisterable car for multiple months while having multiple small children that I am not capable of driving around. All the while, Scott Robinson will not offer any help, and now will not even return my calls. More

So disappointed! Bunch of xxxxx and unprofessional car salesmen, once you start discussing with them the rates and they realize that you've done your homework and actu Bunch of xxxxx and unprofessional car salesmen, once you start discussing with them the rates and they realize that you've done your homework and actually know what are you talking about they will show their other REAL face. The first salesman (Jim Cappella) didn't even show up, calming that he was busy with another customer even though we had an appointment with him, then we ended up with another sales guy called "David" who was having hard time inputting our details into the system, after waiting for over 50 mins, he came back with a higher rate and was really rude, he didn't even try to convince us, I'm really disappointed with the way they treat their best and loyal customers who purchased 2 cars from this dealership. Never again! More

The day after Christmas we went in to just look at vehicles and left with a 2011 Honda Pilot. The salesman, Jim Capella did an awesome job, showed us new & used vehicles with No pressure. The financin vehicles and left with a 2011 Honda Pilot. The salesman, Jim Capella did an awesome job, showed us new & used vehicles with No pressure. The financing was a lot quicker than expected. Thank you for a great experience and we will definitely refer our friends & family. More
