DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE. I have purchased two new Hondas from Scott Robinson. One in 2017 and the other in 2025. The difference is in 2017, I was a California resident and n I have purchased two new Hondas from Scott Robinson. One in 2017 and the other in 2025. The difference is in 2017, I was a California resident and now I currently am not. I was assured when purchasing the car that it would be an easy and seamless process that they would assist me with fully. Boy was I wrong, not only did they not send my title to the correct state that is STATED ON MY DRIVERS LICENSE, (they knew to because I did NOT pay for registration fees and they gave me a 1 way ticket to drive the car to my state to immediately register it.) I've dealt with this mess with Honda Finance company (the only group that has been willing to find a resolution for this) for now 3 months!!!!! I have not been not capable of registering for 3 months!!!!!!! Honda Finance has told me over 4 times that this was fully the responsibility of the dealership. I have spoken to the dealer manager 3 times, to be told each time that he completely does not understand the concept of transferring titles and to quote him, "he does not understand why am I am even calling because it's not my job to get the title in my correct state to register?" THESE PEOPLE SELLING YOU CARS, AND BEING THE MANAGER OF THE ENTIRE DEALERSHIP DO NOT EVEN UNDERSTAND THAT A TITLE NEEDS TO BE IN THE STATE YOU RESIDE IN TO BE ABLE TO EVEN REGISTER IT. I would not and will not ever go to Scott Robinson again, or recommend them to ANYONE. This has not only been a complete headache, but it has been a financial burden to me and has put me at legal risk for having an unregisterable car for multiple months while having multiple small children that I am not capable of driving around. All the while, Scott Robinson will not offer any help, and now will not even return my calls. More

My husband and I have a wonderful experience buying a new car. Looking at all the advertising on the internet and newspaper, we were shopping around and trying to get the best possible price no matter Nissan car. Looking at all the advertising on the internet and newspaper, we were shopping around and trying to get the best possible price no matter Nissan or Honda. Our first stop is at Scott Robinson Honda and met with Freddy Gardner, he was friendly and professional. When we showed him the price of the advertising on the newspaper of other brand dealer, he was so honest telling us the difference between these two cars and the reason for the low price. Then we left him and visiting the other dealer and found out what he said was true. So we returned to him within one hour. He was so patient and nice helped us got our dreamed car within our budget frame. We felt so lucky to have Freddy Gardner as our sales person. Your company should be so proud to have a high standard personnel like him. I will definitely recommend my friend to Scott Robinson and looking for Freddy Gardner whenever they need a car! More

It was time to buy a new car after riding a scooter for the last 2 years after giving my daughter mine when she went to college. The reason I was able to now buy a car was that my father passes away. Life to me is NOT "all about the money". Though I was very happy with the financing with Richard as well! I have to say that I am not fond at all of salesmen, esp., car salesmen. Your company should be very happy and proud that you have Freddy Gardner working for you. I hope you value him! He is the ONLY reason I did not shop around other dealers and returned there to buy my car. He was professional and funny and there was no high pressure. The only thing I want to say is if you come back to buy please call to make sure the person you like is in. Unfortunately Freddy was not and he then had to share his commission with another person.
