The dealership was good about the initial repair however, when it didn’t seem to fix the issue I was informed it must be an inherent problem. It seemed as though I had hit a dead end. Customer contact at the service counter was very good. My biggest complaint is that the oil change light wasn’t reset. It’s happened so often that I know how to reset it as good as the Toyota techs.
