Took my Rav 4 into Toyota of Rockwall to have them look at my hatchback door. After having a rear end accident back in '21 I was told it was replaced. Until about a year ago everything was fine until it st at my hatchback door. After having a rear end accident back in '21 I was told it was replaced. Until about a year ago everything was fine until it started catching when opening a foot and would stop. Mic and his crew did everything they could to fix the issue to no avail. Mic finally came to me with a solution to take it to a trusted Body Shop to see if they could fix it. Mic highly recommended them so I felt comfortable going to them. After about 30 minutes I was informed the problem was fixed. I can't thank Mic and his crew enough for everything they did to try to help this Senior. Very grateful. More
