* everything was great . .. ***** Except either the mechanic or whomever brought vehicle from mechanic into the bay for me to drive out..... Put their greasy / dirty arm on .. ***** Except either the mechanic or whomever brought vehicle from mechanic into the bay for me to drive out..... Put their greasy / dirty arm on my door arm rest. * My brand new Escalade with very light / cream colored leather. They did clean if for me and apologized but I was extremely pissed off. So I would advise them strongly not to do such in the future ... aka Use Their Brain and be Respectful to your customers vehicle. Karina was wonderful again apologized and fully understood my issue.... but it was it was not her fault / she did not do it. You should ask her who did it and address it directly with them. More
