Facilities are very comfortable and clean. They offer hot beverages and a nice lounge and work area where customers can sit and wait for their cars. More

As was the dealership receptionist - whose name escapes me at the moment, pleasantly welcoming, and Armen (and Mr. Paul - even when he approached me to step outside of the Service bay for safety & insurance reasons) both equally nice and professional in their speakings to and interactions with me, as were they both equally knowledgeable in their answers to the several questions I had posed to each regarding some features etc al on/pertaining to my vehicle. And although I am from and purchased my car in Florida, for the interim time that I am in California, I will continue to make the long drive to this particular dealership/service center from wherever I am (city-wise) in California for all my car needs and/or concerns! 👍👌 More
