My car was at service for a few days and the only thing that was done is oil change. I asked to see the other liquids level but no one have done. Kaş time my car spend 3 weeks for windshield change I took that was done is oil change. I asked to see the other liquids level but no one have done. The service I receive is always excellent. Quick efficient and timely. My last visit was just for a simple oil change however I was in and out in under 40 minutes. I needed to get a new tire put on because of a flat tire the day before. I called day before and was told the tire was in stock, and perhaps they could start the paperwork since I had a tire warranty from p the day before. I called day before and was told the tire was in stock, and perhaps they could start the paperwork since I had a tire warranty from previous dealership in FL. I just recently moved here from FL. I made a 9:30 appointment for the next day. I arrived at 9:15. I was told by the man that was helping me that I needed all the information for my tire warranty and he could not look it up for me or work in the car without the information. I had to call my dealership in Fl for the information which took me some time since I didn't carry that information with me. My Fl dealership told me that the man at Colonial Cadillac could have just looked it up using the vin number. The man waiting on me told me that he could not do this. After finding out the information from my FL dealership I gave hime the information.I waited in the waiting room until 12:00 and asked when the car would be ready. I was told that if I didn't want the car washed I could have it as soon as they put the tire on. I finally left the dealership at 12:15, unwashed car and feeling disappointed in the service. I have been dealing with Cadillac for years and never had such poor service.I feel that this was extremely poor service. More
