I had my car sent in there with the personal service to be picked up which was great and delivered. My car was in there to have the radiator flushed that was never completed nor done instead my AC was char be picked up which was great and delivered. My car was in there to have the radiator flushed that was never completed nor done instead my AC was charged. I was told that I needed a fan for my car in the pot would cost $1,000 I said no thank you at that point I was told my car couldn't be delivered back home to me and I didn't get it back till Friday it was in the shop for 3 days. I was not satisfied at all because also I was supposed to have the detailing down on my car which wasn't completed so my car was taken from me brought in something else was done to it and I had to pay for it. I purchased a fan from the dealership from another dealership for $290 I'm having it installed for $130 still not sure if that is the problem with the car. I still believe that the car needs the radiator flushed and the fluids replaced and that will alleviate the issue that I had. I will keep you updated. More

Disappointed that I had to fight so hard for something that was sold with the vehicle.
