Everyone was great. Jeff & Tony, Keven, Nassar, Dan & John all were great to deal with. There was zero pressure to make a decision on the Jeep after we test drove it which was refreshing. John made us sign way too many documents :). We are not going to lie, two trips to Medford in one week was tiring but having Tony and Jeff deliver the car made up for it. Also, when I reached out to Keven about the car only coming with one key he responded that they were sending us a check for $400 to cover the cost of a second key fob (still waiting). Marcia is very happy with her Jeep. She has been waiting a long time to own one once again. Thank you to everyone. More
