Everyone was great. Jeff & Tony, Keven, Nassar, Dan & John all were great to deal with. Tony and Jeff delivered our Jeep and were great to talk to while we registered th Jeff & Tony, Keven, Nassar, Dan & John all were great to deal with. Tony and Jeff delivered our Jeep and were great to talk to while we registered the car. Dan was extremely responsive to my questions and Keven and Nassar were also great to deal with. There was zero pressure to make a decision on the Jeep after we test drove it which was refreshing. John made us sign way too many documents :). We are not going to lie, two trips to Medford in one week was tiring but having Tony and Jeff deliver the car made up for it. Also, when I reached out to Keven about the car only coming with one key he responded that they were sending us a check for $400 to cover the cost of a second key fob (still waiting). Marcia is very happy with her Jeep. She has been waiting a long time to own one once again. Thank you to everyone. More

Kevin Mancini in finance was terrific to deal with. He walked me through the process and was very helpful in explaining everything and making all the paperwork smoothly for me.
