My Jetta ran a P2014 code turning on the check engine light. After some research, I found I could live with the light on or have the intake manifold replaced. I shopped the manifold replacement to severa light. After some research, I found I could live with the light on or have the intake manifold replaced. I shopped the manifold replacement to several repair places with varied estimates and confidence they would be able to do the job properly. Frank informed me that manifold was still under warranty and I should have the intake valves blasted clean since the access would be perfect. They provided me with a video before and after the cleaning service. A very positive outcome. More

The people are very nice however there was no explanation given on the outcome of the recalls. Had high hopes for VW Medford under its relatively new leadership. Unfortunately, nothing has changed from previous years of experience at VW Medford, MA where dealership service profits overshadow client leadership. Unfortunately, nothing has changed from previous years of experience at VW Medford, MA where dealership service profits overshadow clients’ safety and assistance. For instance, our lives were in jeopardy after service manager refused to service vehicle after a warranty claim. We even offered to pay full price as long as the issue was repaired to assure safety. Manager was still unwilling. Shameful!! More
