I just wasn't valued as a customer.
Waited way longer than I should have, then I was our service wasn't completed, then we were lied to, the service was completed but we had to pay for
Waited way longer than I should have, then I was our service wasn't completed, then we were lied to, the service was completed but we had to pay for extras, then there was no real compensation for my trouble and time except for a free alignment that wasn't needed for the car I just bought four new tires for. Extremely disappointed. And just to cut the conversation short and let them off the hook, after them asking what I wanted... they just did had taken action on their own, I told them to just take care of me on my next purchase. But I don't know if I want to go back to them after this experience.
