It has always been my goal to give a different experience than your typical finance transaction. I really do ask myself what kind of experience would I want if I was buying a car. I would want low pressure, informative, fun, and above helpful. Yes my job is to sell protection but in my experience warranties usually pay for themselves after one use now that the cost of parts and labor is so high. I consider myself a true professional in the industry and work hard everyday to help not only customers but my teammates as well. That type of mentality comes from the very top and I think most people know that Henry and Mimi actually believe in taking care of the customer always and doing what is right always. I'll never leave HB GMC. Best Dealership EVER!

An honest to goodness painless car buying experience!! I walked in to see the car I called about. RIGO RODRIGUEZ spoke with me on the phone and was there to greet me and get me acquainted with the car. Rig I walked in to see the car I called about. RIGO RODRIGUEZ spoke with me on the phone and was there to greet me and get me acquainted with the car. Rigo handed me the keys and when I arrived back at the dealership we sat down to discuss the car and the deal. I was honest about what I could afford and Rigo worked with the sales manager, and came back with everything I asked for. Finance Manager was professional and quick and didn't try to sell me a dozen add on's. Great car - great price - great staff !! Thanks Guys - I'll refer you anytime More
