This was our 2nd purchase at Continental in the past 11 months, as we purchased a 2016 MDX last year. We had a similar experience this time...outstanding. Ernie Alvarez provided great service, without playing any of the games that are played at Acura dealerships in Westmont and Elmhurst. He, combined with Mark Pisoni, provided another great purchase experience. There was never any pressure to make the purchase. Ernie and Mark provided a great price on the new car, while also offering market value on my trade. Josh and Jerry provided great insight into the lease process, as this was our first lease. When visiting the Service Department a few days later, Dan provided friendly assistance. In the future, we will not even shop at the other dealers, as we only need to visit Continental to get an overall great experience. More

Our salesman Ernie Alverez was very helpful and understanding during the test drives and during the final sales process. Ernie actually made it fun and enjoyable. We find this dealership to be very friendly and accommodating. Mark Pisoni did a great job matching our final purchase price. Jerry Burton did a super job on the final paperwork and was even able to get us financed at a lower rate than the one through our bank. That was just the cherry on the cake. Everyone at this dealership from the greeter at drive in service center to the cashier really goes the distance to ensure your satisfaction. We will definitely buy our next vehicle here. More

Jerry on the other hand made my experience horrible. He was so sarcastic and rude for no reason. I felt so pressured to finance it with them. My bank wired the money but they wouldn't get it until Monday because we went Saturday. I even gave him a copy of the wiring information but he insisted that I finance with them, even told me I had to come back to resign all my papers again if the wire went through. Luckily my bank cleared everything up. But he made my buying experience very unpleasant and stressful. I made sure that my bank was who I financed it through, I wanted nothing to do with Jerry ever again. More

Great Experience at Continental Acura in Naperville I live 25 miles from Naperville and have a lot of car dealerships in my area, but our family drives the distance to purchase and have our cars service I live 25 miles from Naperville and have a lot of car dealerships in my area, but our family drives the distance to purchase and have our cars serviced at the Continental Mazda and Acura dealerships, due to their integrity and outstanding customer service. These dealerships first came to my attention in January 2014 due to their 5 star on-line ratings, when looking to purchase a small family vehicle, and they've earned that 5 star rating based on the compassion and service they've extended to our family. (We purchased a new 2014 Mazda 3 from Continental Mazda and visit this dealership regularly for very reasonably priced oil changes and maintenance.) Two weeks ago my 2nd car was unexpectedly totaled in an accident, and we were taxed with the unforeseen expense of having to purchase a used vehicle to replace our 2nd car, while on a limited budget, due to our 3rd child starting college in the fall. Both Continental Mazda and Continental Acura were great in assisting us in this task, and we were very happy for the assistance of Robert and Steve from Continental Acura, who were able to find us a reliable used car that fit both our budget and our family. Both were great in listening to our needs, staying within our budget and showing us cars that would be a good fit for our family. When my husband had questions, Steve was very good about providing all of the information he requested, greatly easing our concerns over a "used" car purchase. We were also very thankful for the dealership's 30 day, 1,000 warranty on used vehicles, which we didn't find at any of the other dealerships we visited. Also, Jerry was extremely helpful when completing the paperwork to finish the sale. He was able to offer us an extended warranty at a very good price, and he really helped us to work through the decision making process, without pressuring us. We really value the way the Acura team came along side us and made the difficult experience of having to replace our 2nd car, so much less stressful. More

Special accolades go out to Greg and Sharon who took care of everything from setting us up with a loaner to try out, arranging the service department to install running boards and a cargo net and thoroughly instructing us on the operation of the MDX.
