It would appear nothing I requested was done. None of my recalls were done. I asked about pricing on a wheel bearing and got pricing for several other things including the wheel bearing but not t None of my recalls were done. I was texted about problems at the dealership and informed my vehicle wouldn't be ready and they needed another day. I was also informed that they would reach out in regards to completing the recall work. Not a call. No text. Not an email. Nothing. Would not recommend. More

Had a noise concern with my new truck. The Service Department at Ken Ganley Ford in Parma is very good. I’ve had oil changes and a new battery install to major repair work (torque converter and purge/vapor mgmt. valve replacements) since th very good. I’m happy to report the quality of service did not disappoint … very good … from the service advisors (Dave Moga & Alicia Jeffery) to the technicians that did the work. Also Jeremy Watson (Service Mgr) was always accessible if needed. Thank you! More
