This dealership really struggles with communication and telling the truth. They gave me false information on more than one occasion. This was after my salesperson quit and no one told me and my pre-order telling the truth. They gave me false information on more than one occasion. This was after my salesperson quit and no one told me and my pre-order for a vehicle was lost. Then once I settled for a different vehicle, it took them 9 weeks to get my information to the DMV. I had to go in person several times to try to clear things up. It makes me sad to leave a less than stellar review, because I usually like spreading positivity. I am just frustrated at how this entire process went, and I barely got a half-hearted "sorry" out of all of it. More

Your dealership is the reason people hate buying used cars, and if I was the general manager or owner of your dealership I’d fire every manager. You sent me home with 14 year old tires and serpentine bel cars, and if I was the general manager or owner of your dealership I’d fire every manager. Well, normally I give excellent ratings. However, we had a due bill for a home link mirror. After weeks of communicating with our sales person on this item, he finally told us he is off unti However, we had a due bill for a home link mirror. This is after blowing us off the entire third week. I went to the dealership and the gentleman that handles this (Don) had no idea it was owed to us. After sitting with him for a few minutes I finally walked out with the mirror. How could I take care of this in a matter of minutes but my salesperson nothing for three solid weeks of inquiries? With regards to this survey, I feel like our sales guy snatched defeat from the arms of victory on this issue. Hence the poor rating. This was the fastest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I never set foot in the dealership and my vehicle was delivered to me the next day.
