Originally I was very happy with this dealership, they got me into an amazing car promptly and professionally. But the great service came to an end after I purchased the vehicle. The vehicle did not have a driver's floor mat at the time of purchase (minor inconvenience) but I had it written in the we owe that they would send me one relatively soon.I purchased my vehicle over a month ago from Corwin Toyota Colorado Springs and still have yet to receive my driver's floor mat (huge inconvenience). I drive this car almost every day and I still don't have any form of floor mat. All my calls and inquiries have been met with false promises, I've tried talking to management and still nothing gets done. I work at a dealership myself and I know how things can be but this is just ridiculous at this point. Make sure you get everything you need from them before you buy the vehicle. More

Usually these are sold long before they ever arrive on the lot, but Toyota sent them a bonus vehicle in their allocation this month because it is such a high volume dealer. Luckily Jeremy takes good notes and keeps his customer database up to date so he knew exactly who to call when this beauty arrived. We are thrilled and would buy from him again. More
