My first issue was I had to call back to you to inquire if my part was in. When I was told I would be called. Second I had to call in and ask if my car was ready. In short, the customer service was unacceptable — no one seemed to know what was going on, and the entire process was disorganized from start to finish. They attempted to pass a service charge on to me that the warranty company had actually instructed them to continue to diagnose because they needed more information. The only updates I received were vague mentions that they needed “more time to diagnose,” yet they tried to bill me hourly for that time. To make matters worse, I was told the vehicle was ready for pickup via tow — only for the tow truck to arrive and find that the car was not, in fact, ready. The lack of communication, poor service, and mishandling of the situation made for a completely unacceptable experience. More
