I know I’ve purchased at least 12 vehicles at James Wood Motors mostly in Denton and at least one in Decatur. These staff members set an extremely high professionalism, courtesy, caring, friendly, and most knowledgeable experience each and every visit. Customer waiting area is nice. However, Customer Service is very poor. When you schedule a Service for a specific item. Being told after arriving that the time is for the servic However, Customer Service is very poor. When you schedule a Service for a specific item. Being told after arriving that the time is for the service writer to log in your car and set up the mechanic to do the work. My appointment was for an item that takes less than one hour for completion. I was there 3 hours and left without taking advantage of your. "Free Carwash" because I had already been there 3 HOURS. Please rethink your procedures. MY TIME IS ALSO VALUABLE!!! More

I am unhappy because they did not have a ride home for me. I had to wait for an hour for them to get me a ride home. When I got home they called me to say that my car was ready, so I had someone take me me. I had to wait for an hour for them to get me a ride home. When I got home they called me to say that my car was ready, so I had someone take me to James Wood. After for waiting for another 45 minuted, I got my car and went home. Does this sound like an organization this knows what it is doing. Where else can I go for a simple oil change?? More
